Returns 

We accept free returns and exchanges subject if you meet all the following conditions:

• 1: There is a product quality problem [non-human problem] within 7 days after receiving the goods, we will bear the freight
• 2: The product is unused 
• 3: Returned in the original packaging

You will need to pay for the return shipping fee by yourself if you have one of  the following cases:

• 1: Non-product quality problems return
• 2: The product has been used 
• 3: The original packaging is not there

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Are there any charges for return?

• Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. (The free shipping we provided).
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Returns must be in the original box and in new condition. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to your refund outside of these conditions.

Refunds (if applicable) 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Warranty

We offer 12 months warranty time for the main machine, 3 months warranty for the handle and screen. During the warranty period, all the broken accessories can be sent for free. Over warranty, we can provide the replacement parts or repair for free, but the buyer needs to pay the parts and shipping cost.
